2、一体机磨合期内工作负荷一般不要超过额定负荷的60%，以防我们的一体机长时间连续作业引起过热。

3、经常观察一体机各仪表指示，出现异常的时候我们应该及时停机予以排除，在故障未排除之前应停止作业。

4、经常检查一体机的润滑油、液压油、冷却液、制动液以及燃油的液位和品质，并注意检查一体机的密封性。在磨合期内，应强化各润滑点的润滑，每班都要对润滑点加注润滑脂。

6、需要检查水箱连接胶管，因为小型装载机水箱的胶管的耐油性比较差，容易早期损坏，从而影响供水量，就会引起发动机温度升过高。如果说我们检查出有破裂和漏水现象，一定要及时排除。

7、为了保证我们小型装载机的正确使用，我们一定要时刻注意水温表的读数，当水温表达到90°以上的时候必须采取措施。可以选择就近的阴凉处停车并以怠速降温，注意不要即刻熄火，以防止发动机内部过热而造成拉缸等事故。待温度降下来后，还应检查风扇皮带的张力情况。

7. In order to ensure the correct use of our small loader, we must always pay attention to the reading of the water temperature gauge, and take measures when the water temperature is above 90 ℃. You can choose the nearest shady place to stop and cool down at idle speed. Pay attention not to turn off the engine immediately, so as to prevent accidents such as cylinder pulling caused by overheating inside the engine. After the temperature drops, check the tension of the fan belt.

8、进入夏季之前，要有针对性的对润滑系统的各个部件做一次性能检测，以使机油压力表、变速箱压力表指示准确。对变速箱、变距器和驱动桥内的油液进行一次系统的检查，从油液的品质到油液的数量，并要保持油液清洁。

9、一体机磨合期结束以后，我们也应该对我们的机器进行强制保养，平时的时候做好检查和调整工作，同时也要注意油液的更换。
