二、出料的匀称性问题是水泥自动搅拌车机能的一个重要指标之一,它直接影响着施工质量。在运送混凝土时,搅拌筒转速应节制在2~5r/min,在运送间隔较长可能混凝土的塌落度较大时,出料前应先将搅拌筒快速动弹5~10圈,使内里的混凝土能充实搅拌,这样出料的匀称性就会大大提高。若途中混凝失水,到工地应加水调解,并充实搅拌,虽然这种环境应只管制止,但是这样会使混凝土的质量得不到担保。有的用户在利用时不留意节制在运输历程中的转速,过快会增大燃油的耗损,过小则会造成混凝土离析。因此应严格凭据要求来节制搅拌筒的转速,以提高混凝土运送质量。

Some users do not pay attention to control the speed in the transportation process, too fast will increase the fuel consumption, too small will cause concrete segregation. Therefore, the rotation speed of mixing drum should be controlled strictly according to the requirements, so as to improve the quality of concrete transportation.

三、凝土限量不能高出罐体的大方量,因为混凝土强度品级差别它的密度也差别,高强度混凝土一般密度也大,同样的体积,装多了对车倒霉。输送混凝土的容量、质量及坍落度应切合车辆利用说明书中的规定,实时加注润滑油。

四、露天停放过的水泥自动搅拌车,装料前应先将搅拌筒以出料偏向旋转,把水泥罐内的积水放掉,确保运送混凝土的质量。

五、公路上行驶时,卸料溜槽降低处并转与车身垂直部位,用锁紧装置把卸料溜槽锁紧在机架上,防备由于不牢靠而摇动,造成伤人变乱和影响其它车辆运行。假如阶梯状况欠好,会对罐车的罐轴有损伤。

六、卸料前,假如发现水分蒸发、坍落度偏低等不能满。用户要求时,可适当向搅拌筒内加水,然后按进料偏向以6~10r/min速度旋转30转后再卸料。

6、 Before unloading, if the water evaporation and slump are found to be low, it can not be full. When required by the user, water can be added into the mixing drum properly, and then the material can be discharged after 30 rotations at the speed of 6 ~ 10R / min according to the feeding deviation.

七、水泥自动搅拌车在运送混凝土的历程中搅拌筒不得遏制动弹,以免混凝土发生离析现象。
