车内装有混凝土时，在现场不得停留超越1小时，如超时应立即请求现场负责人给予及时处理。自动搅拌车运送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。

从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时不得超越2小时，阴雨气候温度低时，不得超越2.5小时。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土发生离析现象。司机应经常调查混凝土状况，发现异常及时通报调度室，请求做出处理。

自动搅拌车装运搅拌好的混凝土时，搅拌筒转速为2-10转/分，在运送过程中，平整路面上搅拌筒转速保证在2-3转/分，行进在侧倾斜度大于50的路面，或摆布晃动较大的路面时，应中止搅拌旋转，待路况好转后再搅拌旋转。

起动之前，应把搅拌筒操作手柄放在“中止”方位。起动发动机后，应使搅拌筒在低速下滚动10分钟左右，使液压油温升到20℃以上后方可作业。

自动搅拌车在露天停放时，装料前应将搅拌筒回转，将积水和杂物排出，以保证混凝土的质量。在运送混凝土时，要保证滑斗放置结实，防止因松动形成摇摆，在跋涉中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运转。

When transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent swing due to looseness, which may injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles.

出料结束，应立即用随车的软管放水将进料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位冲洗干净，再向搅拌筒内灌150-200L的清水，让搅拌筒慢速滚动，以清洗内壁。

At the end of discharging, immediately flush the inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute with hose on the truck, and then fill 150-200l of clean water into the mixing drum to let the mixing drum roll slowly to clean the inner wall.
