查看液压泵是否能输出液压油。假定是新的液压泵，无液压油输出，可能是泵体有铸造缺点（缩孔、砂眼等），使吸油腔和压油腔相通，失掉压油才华，应及时找厂家替换。若不是新的液压泵，无液压油输出，则可能是泵的转向不对，零件磨损严峻或损坏，及时替换。

Check whether the hydraulic pump can output hydraulic oil. If it is a new hydraulic pump without hydraulic oil output, the pump body may have casting defects (shrinkage cavity, sand hole, etc.), so that the oil suction cavity is connected with the oil pressure cavity, and the oil pressure talent is lost, it should be replaced by the manufacturer in time. If it is not a new hydraulic pump and there is no hydraulic oil output, it may be that the steering of the pump is not correct, the parts are severely worn or damaged, and they shall be replaced in time.

若液压泵有油液输出，查看溢流阀作业是否正常。若不正常，则可能是压力油路的某几个阀有污物或其他原因卡住，处于回油方位，致使压力油路与溢流回路短路，也可能是管接头松脱，或处于压力油路中的某些阀走漏严峻，或液压缸、液压马达的密封损坏，严峻走漏。

If the hydraulic pump has oil output, check whether the overflow valve operates normally. If it is abnormal, it may be that some valves of the pressure oil circuit are stuck due to dirt or other reasons, which are in the oil return direction, resulting in a short circuit between the pressure oil circuit and the overflow circuit, or the pipe joint is loose, or some valves in the pressure oil circuit leak severely, or the seal of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic Marta is damaged, which leads to severe leakage.

清扫办法：拆开有关阀进行清洗，查看密封空位的巨细及各种密封设备，密封设备损坏应替换。

Cleaning method: disassemble relevant valves for cleaning, check the size of sealing space and various sealing equipment, and replace the damaged sealing equipment.

若液压泵输出流量随压力升高而明显减小，且压力达不到规定值，则是因为液压泵磨损后空位增大所构成的。

If the output flow of the hydraulic pump decreases obviously with the increase of the pressure, and the pressure can not reach the specified value, it is caused by the increase of the vacancy after the wear of the hydraulic pump.

清扫办法：测定液压泵的容积功率，即可供认该泵是否能持续运用，对磨损严峻的零件，应进行修配或替换。

Cleaning method: measure the volume power of the hydraulic pump to confirm whether the pump can be used continuously. Repair or replace the severely worn parts.

若整个自动搅拌一体车液压体系能树立正常压力，而某些管路或液压缸（或液压马达）中没有压力，就有可能是因为小孔、管路或许换向阀、节流阀等部位阻塞。此刻，应逐段查看压力和有无油液经过，找出原因，加以清扫。

If the hydraulic system of the whole automatic mixer can set up normal pressure, and there is no pressure in some pipelines or hydraulic cylinders (or hydraulic motors), it may be because of the blockage of small holes, pipelines or reversing valves, throttle valves and other parts.
