侧防护

Side protection

1.侧防护横杆截面积100*30mm

1. The sectional area of the side protective cross bar is 100*30mm

2.2个横杆间距不超过300mm，建议控制在200~250mm

2. The spacing between two cross bars shall not exceed 300mm, and it is recommended to control it within 200~250mm

3.下面的横杆下边缘离地高度≤550mm（以空载后桥那边高度为准），建议离地高度500mm

4.上面的横杆距离车身≤350mm，如果是罐式车等两边没有板的车，侧防护上面横杆的上边缘要距离地面950mm以上。

4. The distance between the upper cross bar and the vehicle body is ≤ 350mm. If there is no plate on both sides, such as a tank car, the upper edge of the cross bar on the side protection should be more than 950mm from the ground.

5.侧防护前侧做成弧面，弧面的半径为100mm的四分之一圆弧（圆弧周长628mm，四分之一就是157mm，可以做大，不能做小），后侧封口。

后防护

1.后防护需要承受总质量乘以50%的压力不变形，N2类需要100mm高，N3类需要120mm高，需要使用6mm厚的矩形管，截面积为120*50mm

1. The rear protection needs to bear the pressure multiplied by 50% of the total mass without deformation. Category N2 needs to be 100mm high, category N3 needs to be 120mm high, and a 6mm thick rectangular tube with a cross-sectional area of 120*50mm needs to be used

2.横杆下边缘离地高度≤500mm

3.横杆的左右长度，很长为后桥轮胎外边缘的长度，很短为后桥轮胎外边缘减100mm
