罐体采用德国施维英工艺,根据不同底盘做特殊优化,采用专用工装,保证了罐体倾斜角度小,更低,不易侧翻。减少焊接面积,大大增加了搅拌罐的强度。钢材采用的等离子切割技术,保证生产效率的同时,减小因热力而使钢材产生形变的误差。

封头、筒体、叶片均采用Q345合金钢制作,耐磨和抗屈服强度好,使用寿命长。叶片采用双对数,阿基米德螺旋线,搅拌性能优越,进料速度大于2.7立方每分钟,出料速度大于1.8立方每分钟,残余率低。

副车架的纵、横梁采用16Mn材质的矩形管制作,一体成型,无拼焊,关键受力部位应用斜拉结构,使车架具有较强的抗扭转,抗撕裂能力。副车架与底盘连接结构可靠,减轻上装部分的扭转对底盘的影响,从结构上延长了底盘的使用寿命。
