保养机体的清洁，机体上的污物和障碍物，检查各润滑处的油料及电路和控制设备，并按要求加注润滑油。每班工作前，在搅拌筒内加水空转1--到2min，同时检查离合器和制动装置工作的可靠性。自上料水泥搅拌车运转过程中，应随时检听电动机，减速器，传动齿轮的噪声是否正常，温升是否过高，每班工作结束后，应认真清洗自上料水泥搅拌车。

自上料水泥搅拌车开动前要先检查各控制器是否良好，停工后用水和石子倒入搅拌筒内10~15分钟进行清洗，再将水和石子清出。操作人员如须进入搅拌筒内清洗时，除切断电源和卸下熔断器外，并须锁好开关箱。禁止用大锤敲打的方法积存在自上料水泥搅拌车筒内的混凝土，只能用凿子。在严寒季节，工作完毕后应用水清洗搅拌机滚筒并将水泵、水箱、水管内积水放净，以免水泵、水箱、水管等冻坏。
