2、用“风炮”打碎凝结的混凝土，然后一点点铲出来。罐体下部要割开一个口，加翻开一个原来就有用罗丝上紧的一个封盖，这个盖是让有需求进去工作时翻开通风和紧急情况用来放料的。

而在打罐过程中人在罐里面要通风，在小型混凝土搅拌车装料罐入口放台风扇吹风进去，而“风炮”工作时会搞起灰尘，又要接上水管淋湿打碎的混凝土。把罐里面的再混凝土打碎铲出以后再打割开部分焊接上，上回封盖，装满水试下转动能否正常，再少量装料递增看液压机工作能否正常。
