二、小型搅拌车燃油系统的清洗保养，也就是常在服务站看见的清洗喷油嘴，清洗节气门积炭，常规情况下，搅拌车每行驶10000km-15000km时需清洗保养1次，或当你发觉搅拌车的引擎喘抖，迟滞和加速不良，冒黑烟，无力、费油时清洗保养1次。

2、 The cleaning and maintenance of fuel system of small mixer, which is often seen in service stations, is to clean the fuel injection nozzle and clean the carbon deposit on the throttle valve. Under normal circumstances, the mixer needs to be cleaned and maintained once every 10000km-15000km, or when you find that the engine of the mixer is chattering, sluggish, poor acceleration, black smoke, powerless and fuel consumption.

三、搅拌车冷却系统的清洗保养，一般情况下，搅拌车在冬夏换季时应清洗保养一次，正常行驶中每6个月8个月清洗保养一次，或者遇水温过高、漏水、开锅时清洗保养一次。

3、 Generally speaking, the mixer truck should be cleaned and maintained once in winter and summer, once every 6 to 8 months during normal driving, or once when water temperature is too high, water leakage or boiling.

四、水泥自动搅拌车变速箱的清洗保养(自动变速波箱)，常规情况下，搅拌车每行驶20000km-25000km时清洗保养一次，或遇变速箱打滑、水温偏高、换挡迟缓、系统渗漏时清洗保养一次。

4、 The gearbox of concrete mixer (automatic gearbox) is cleaned and maintained once every 20000km-25000km, or once in case of gearbox slipping, high water temperature, slow gear shifting and system leakage.

五、小型搅拌车动力转向系统的清洗保养，搅拌车每行驶40000km-45000km清洗需保养一次，或遇转向困难系统渗漏，更换动力转向机配件后，也须清洗保养一次。

5、 For the cleaning and maintenance of the power steering system of the small mixer, the mixer needs to be cleaned once every 40000 km-45000km, or when the steering system is difficult to leak, the power steering gear parts must be cleaned and maintained once.

六、水泥自动搅拌车制动系统的清洗保养，搅拌车每行驶50000km清洗保养一次，或遇ABS反应过早，过慢时清洗保养一次。系统中有害的油泥漆膜，超高温或超低温时工作失灵的危险，有效防止搅拌车制动液变质过期，彻底更换旧的制动液。

6、 Clean and maintain the brake system of concrete mixer once every 50000km, or once when ABS reaction is too slow. Remove the harmful sludge paint film in the system, eliminate the danger of work failure at ultra-high temperature or low temperature, effectively prevent the deterioration and expiration of the brake fluid of the mixer, and completely replace the old brake fluid.
