1、 Before start-up, all parts of the mechanical system shall be checked carefully, and start-up can only be carried out after they are confirmed to be in good condition.

二、启动前，应将搅拌操纵杆放在“空档”位置。

2、 Before starting, put the mixing control lever in the "neutral" position.

三、启动后，应将搅拌操纵杆放在“卸料”位置，放去筒内积水。

3、 After start-up, the mixing control lever shall be placed in the "unloading" position to remove the accumulated water in the cylinder.

四、装料时，搅拌操作杆应放在“装料”位置。

4、 When loading, the mixing lever shall be placed in the "loading" position.

五、运输前，卸料槽必须固定在“行驶”位置，防止摆动。

5、 Before transportation, the discharge chute must be fixed in the "driving" position to prevent swinging.

六、操作操纵杆时，应在“空档”位置稍作停留后方可动下一个位置。

6、 When operating the control lever, stop at the "neutral" position for a while before moving to the next position.

七、搞好文明施工，桶内多余材料不准随便乱倒。卸料后必须对搅拌筒、料槽、托辊等部位进行清洗。

7、 Do a good job of civilized construction, and do not dump the surplus materials in the barrel randomly. After unloading, the mixing drum, material tank, idler and other parts must be cleaned.

八、人进入筒内砼结块时，应将车辆熄火，拔下电门钥匙，筒外设人监护。

8、 When people enter the cylinder to remove the concrete caking, the vehicle shall be flamed out, the key of the electric switch shall be removed, and a person shall be set outside the cylinder for supervision.

搅拌车是一种特殊车辆，并不是所有会开车的司机都会开搅拌车，如果操作不当会引起翻车、液压泵、马达、减速机过快磨损甚出现严重后果。

The mixer is a special vehicle, not all drivers can drive the mixer, if the operation is not correct, it will cause the tipping, hydraulic pump, motor, reducer too fast wear and even serious consequences.

1．起动搅拌车之前，应把搅拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。

1. Before starting the mixer, place the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position.

2．搅拌车起动发动机后，应使搅拌筒在低速下转动10分钟左右，使液压油温升到20℃以上后方可工作。

2. After the mixer truck starts the engine, the mixer drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise above 20 ℃ before operation.

3．搅拌车在露天停放时，装料前应将搅拌筒反转，将积水和杂物排出，以保证混凝土的质量。

3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water and sundries shall be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete.

4.搅拌车在运输混凝土时，要保证滑斗放置牢固，防止因松动造成摆动，在行进中打伤行人或影响其它车辆正常运行。

4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent swinging caused by loosening, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles in the process of moving.

5.搅拌车装运搅拌好的混凝土时，搅拌筒转速为2-10转/分，在运输过程中，平坦路面上搅拌筒转速保证在2-3转/分，行驶在侧倾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃动较大的路面时，应停止搅拌旋转，待路况好转后再恢复搅拌旋转。

5. When the mixer truck is transporting the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixer drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the speed of the mixer drum is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on the flat road surface. When the mixer truck is driving on the road surface with a slope greater than 50, or the road surface with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road condition is improved.

6.水泥自动搅拌车运送混凝土的时间不能超过搅拌站规定的时间。运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得长时间停转，以防混凝土产生离析现象。司机应时常观察混凝土情况，发现异常及时通报调度室，申请做出处理。

6. The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall often observe the concrete condition, timely report to the dispatching room in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.

7.搅拌车车内装有混凝土时，在现场停滞时间不得超过1小时，如超时应立即要求现场负责人给予及时处理。

7. when the mixer truck is equipped with concrete, the stagnation time on the site shall not exceed 1 hour. In case of overtime, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.

8.搅拌车运送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时不得超过2小时必须排出，阴雨天气温度低时，不得超过2.5小时。

8. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time when the concrete is put into the tank to the time when it is discharged, it shall not be discharged for more than 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not be discharged for more than 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy days.

9.搅拌车在排出混凝土之前，应使搅拌筒在10-12转/分的转速下转动1分钟，再进行排料。

9. Before discharging the concrete, the mixer shall rotate for 1 minute at the speed of 10-12 RPM before discharging.
