水泥罐车我们并不陌生,有个朋友就是开水泥罐车的,平时也和搅拌站打交道,今天就给大家讲一讲关于水泥罐车的传奇故事。因为国家禁止工地现场制作混凝土,所以那些建筑工地用来盖大楼的混凝土都要在搅拌站加工好以后由水泥罐车运输到工地使用。

混凝土罐车的原理和混凝土搅拌桶一样,只不过是用车子把搅拌桶拉着走,边走边搅拌而已。到了目的地就可以把混凝土放下来!正常情况下罐车里面的混凝土是不会凝结的,因为车辆无论是行驶还是停止状态,只要搅罐内有混凝土存在,搅罐必须时刻维持低速转动。运输时滚筒转速每分钟在4~8转左右。保持转动有几个好处:只要保证混凝土不离析、保混凝土坍塌度!其次是搅拌功能,使混凝土更均匀!

水泥自上料搅拌车
罐车和普通汽车的不同之处就在于液压传动系统,因为混凝土罐需要额外动力驱动旋转,这个就是液压传动系统的功劳。动力源自变速箱上面的取力器,取力器驱动液压油泵,液压油泵通过分配器(阀组)来驱动液压马达旋转,液压马达通过减速系统驱动混凝土罐旋转。通过分配器改变液压油的方向来改变滚筒旋转方向,实现搅拌和放料。

虽然旋转可以延长混凝土初凝的时间,但是这个时间也不是可以无限延长的!混凝土罐的转速每分钟在4-8转的时候混凝土初凝时间可以保持在3-5个小时左右,当然和天气温度、混凝土配合比有一定的关系,如果发生堵车可以适当提高转速。天气温度过高初凝事件缩短也可以适量补水,但是施工方都有严格规定:途中禁止加水!会影响混凝土质量,降低强度等。
